The relevant officials of the Organization Department of the Communist Party of China Central Committee have announced the decision of the Party Central Committee on the appointment of Chairman and Party Secretary of China Aerospace Science and Technology Group Co., Ltd. Comrade Chen Mingbo will be appointed as Chairman and Party Secretary of China Aerospace Science and Technology Group Co., Ltd. The appointment of relevant positions shall be handled in accordance with the provisions of relevant laws and articles of association.




According to public information, Chen Mingbo, male, Han ethnicity, born in November 1968, is a graduate student with a PhD in engineering and a member of the Communist Party of China. Previously served as a member of the Standing Committee of the Chongqing Municipal Party Committee and Executive Vice Mayor, and previously worked in Shanghai for a long time. He has many years of management experience in fields such as technology and industry (previously served as the Director of the Shanghai Space Power Research Institute and the Chairman of Shanghai Aerospace Power Co., Ltd.).
